Violin Answers

I really desperatly wanna play this song on violin i can take the cello version & use it on violin but anybody know?!?!?!?!?

Title says all. No orchestra parts please.

We’re getting married on 9/9/06 in a small chapel. We are expecting 80 guests. We are Christian. We are not having any soloists sing. We have access to an acoustic guitar player & a piano player & possibly a violin player for our wedding music. What is a good song that would relate to a wedding celebration or asking God to bless the union or something like that that the congregation could sing together?
We don’t mind printing the words out for the guests, but the tune should be easy enough that anyone could sing along & not feel tension to hit very high or very low notes.
Any suggestions?

I only play violin, & very little piano.

I was working today, (babysitter/nanny) & I had to go outside
to take out the trash & I heard one of the neighbors playing
their violin in their garage.
I have know clue how to explain it other than it was
a certain “beat”, (If thats what you call it)
that played for about 3-5 seconds, & then
pauses for like a split second & then plays a similer
“beat” for another few seconds, then pauses agian.
But right before it paueses each time, it reaches a high tune.
(I have no clue about any of this stuff if you can tell.lol)
It’s a fast plaing song.
And I also have heard it before, it’s played in movies sometimes.
does anyone know what song this could be???
I kno this is a stupid question to ask, but I’m just hoping that
someone knows what I’m talking about.

i need to know how to play barney theme song on the violin cause im curious & my mom hates it so i wanna make her mad

I am looking for a pop song I have heard on the radio a couple times. It has violin at the beginning & it scales. Kind of like this. da da da DA DA. DA DA DA da da. The captial letters being higher notes. Lower case being lower. I know it isn’t much, but it was on a Grammy commercial also. Please help. The violin part has been stuck in my head for three hours now.

I play violin & I would really like to play the song “Nearer My God to Thee”. I want to have a quartet so I need violin music for myself, viola, cello, & bass. I don’t have much money to but it at a store so I was wondering if anyone knew a site where I could just print it off. If you don’t have all the parts, then can you at least give me the violin part? I heard a song, very soothing, it was a piano & a violin playing very softly. the piano played 4 notes in a row repeatedly 4 times, then it would switch to 4 different notes repeatedly 4 times & so on. the notes were played in a sort of scale, starting with the highest note & going lower with every note.
If you know this song PLEASE let me know i want to hear it again so bad!

I am applying for music scholarship with violin at U of A.
I’ve been playing the violin for 9 years,
and since it is a college level audition
I want something not too hard, but good enough
to impress judges..
i played some hard peices.. but i have no idea..

Does anyone know where i can find FREE sheet music for a 3 part harmony on violin for the Theme song of TITANIC?

I am playing “meditation” by thaison violin & i will be playing solo. It should sound cool even without the piano part? Just wondering how if other violinists play it solo too?

About a month or 2 weeks ago, I heard a song on 106.1 BLI that started with a violin introduction, more like a quartet of violins.
If I remember correctly…..
-I believe the song was sung by a female voice
-I believe the song was either pop or rock, may have been country like one of those kelly clarkson songs that are like borderline
-There was more than 1 violin playing
-It should be a more recent song because 106.1 plays fairly recent pop & rock songs.
and suggestions for any other songs that have good violin parts to them that are like <10yrs old

Doesn’t count as an anime song, but in the second episode of Nodame Cantabile, a character plays Violin Sonata no. 5 in F major, op. 24. “Spring”.
Sigh, too many anime/video games use synthesizers & guitars. I can’t remember any violin pieces off the top of my head.
