Maybe a big book of disney songs for violin?

I dont know much about it… all i know is that they play it in the commercial for The Movie Network on rogers digital cable…it starts out with a low pitched tune & then violins come in…they play three notes, then repeat them, then four notes & then repeat that.
I can’t really hear what comes after that because the ads for the movies are louder than the music..if anyone could help me out with the name of that song that would be great…Thanks very much

Towards the end of the movie, when Buffy goes to kill Lothos, she finds him sitting in a window sill playing the violin. Does anyone know the name of the song that he is playing? I have heard the song before, but I’m not sure the name of it.

The movie that changed mine had to be Avatar. I’ve seen it one time in regular 3D, & then four times in 3D IMAX. I’d never seen a movie more than once before it. Not only did it change my thoughts on movies, but it helped me play my viola/violin better because the music really inspired me. I’ve never cried in a movie before, but I’ve cried every time I’ve seen avatar(when the tree is being destroyed & everyone’s dying/when Tsu’tey dies).
-Now don’t get me wrong, Harry Potter is the shiznit. And Twilight – well, it’s just something you have to see, just because it’s like that.
But anyway, What movie changed you?

I remember seeing a movie a few years ago & I don’t remember the name of it or all of the details, but I remember basically that there was a woman in it who was teaching troubled kids in I want to so brooklyn or someplace in new york, & tought them how to play violin. Can anybody help? 10 points for best answer

When there is a tense part of a movie, why do most movie makers use strings (i.e violin & others) in the background? What is it about strings? Same with sudden parts.
I’m thinking about the movie “Psycho” (You know, Alfred Hitchcock). Hitchcock uses a lot of strings throughout the movie. Why?

In some movies there a violin playing…almost cliche, now to action scenes (even amateur youtube videos) . Its tune like …. VOM—VOM—-VAMMM—VAMMM. (more sounding like a don, don, dann dannn
I am trying to find out the tune or artist.
