if your bow is bouncing itd have to be that when you place it down on the strings your placing it too hard & your holding the bow to loosely. that or if your jumping strings while playing real fast. oh & if your still learning how to play wouldn’t you still be at the plucking stage..

So I put the rosin on the hair of my bow before I play the violin. Well, now my violin has tons of white rosin stuck to it’s strings & body, how do I get it off, & how do I prevent it from happening?
